Diversity Sensitivity Communication
WHAT IS THIS:
These games focus on cultural, generational, gender and race sensitivity. Participants will engage in communicating with each other with an awareness of the differences among the team members. At the end of the game, each member will assess their communication in light of what they have learnt and guage their progress.

BEST FOR:
Teams that are diverse in culture, generation, gender and race seeking to become more sensitive or conscious & inclusive on how they communicate with each other.
Personality Recognition
WHAT IS THIS:
These games are designed to encourage recognition of different personalities and how to communicate with each type. Participants will recieve a mission sheet that will require them to play this game as another personality profile type. A ratio of correct to false guesses will then be logged and can be found in the user's dashboard.

BEST FOR:
Teams that have already taken personality assessment test such as DISC, Myers Briggs or Big 5. Teams that want to exercise personality differences in their communication styles.
Conversational & Psychological Safety training
WHAT IS THIS:
The focus of these games is to engage players and cause heightened communication from all team members. A personalized report is then generated at the end of the game allowing individuals to assess their communication habits. A score will then be provided and kept in the player's dashboard for progress analysis.

Teams that know each other but want to improve on how they communicate ideas and how they can best address each other.
