Firstly these solutions are only temporary. The Ebbinghaus theory states we forget what we learn in a matter of days or weeks. Spaced repetition and practice are what makes learning stick. The second problem is that these activities are not engaging and employees easily disconnect. Measurable, Mind Focused, Gamification Platform Design to Build Smarter and Healthier Communicating Teams Guided by AI
Our solution is an interactive and collaborative adventure game where teams solve a series of mind challenges together. Each team member receives a different piece of the puzzle and must then communicate with each other in order to solve the challenge. During the game, participants will use learned knowledge about healthy communication in order to better understand each other. After each game, both the players and the manager will receive a report showing communication metrics and overall team personality composition respectively.
Why is this better? Because it is shown that gamification is the best way to engage participants, enhance social bonding, and help them retain information. Repeated use of skills and immediate feedback reinforces learning.
The metrics ensure the activity is beneficial and gives leaders information to better train, coach, mentor, and organize their teams. It also gives individuals valuable results so they can track their improvement over time.

Get a CQF Score (Communication Quotient Factor) as you engage with your team and practice working with different personality types as well as other communication differences, then assisted by our Artificial Intelligence system discover how you can improve your communication patterns.
Experience our MIND challenge games revolving around the 6 Domains of cognition and designed to trigger communication, all supported by our inhouse Engineers, Designers and Psychologist.
03 / PERFORM
The manager will then receive a report on the team's assessment composition, performance and engagement. They can further pursue mind-based recommendations on how to enhance team's cohesion.
Team members will also receive a report keeping track of their communication progress as they keep playing, and using the tips on areas needing improvement.

Rahel enjoys travelling and spending time with family.
As soon as Rahel and Matt met they discovered very quickly that they were a perfect team. But what was exceptional is the fact that they were from very different countries, cultures, religion, race and even personalities. Against all odds they were able to achieve a perfect blend. Rahel and Matt became fans of playing escape rooms on their dates and decided to open their own. Through this they saw the power of teams when biases where set aside, as well as the importance of communication in achieving a goal.
They soon realized that mind exercises where a great way to cause greater engagement, creativity, collaboration and communication in teams.
Teams with healthier communication styles and an understanding of one another's talents achieved greater success.
This they feel mirrored their relationship. They saw an opportunity to use their passion and experiences in a pursuit to empowering all individuals regardless of differences to achieve their greatest potential and pursue their dreams, hence the birth of MAXIMYZ.
